Update v0.3

I'm happy that people are playing the game and give me the feedback 👍

Here is another update:

• restart game by pressing any key
• added number of killed enemies
• added indicator of reached height (also affect the score)
• more camera shake (this is most important for game design :D)
• fixed player colliders
